量に対応するパルス信号のタイミングで第１の計
測量に対応するパルス信号の入力信号状態を順次
シフトするシフトレジスタと、このシフトレジス
タの入力信号状態と、順次シフトされて出力され
るシフト段数相当前の信号状態とを比較し、両信
号状態に応じて上記計数部の計数値を保持もしく
は“１”だけ加減算制御する比較部とから成り、
計数部における計数値を逐次現時点から過去にわ
たる第２の計測量の所定量当たりの大きさに更新
