Claims (1)
- 多気筒内燃機関の各気筒を吸気行程が重ならな
い気筒群に分割して各気筒群に属する各気筒を該
気筒に接続される互に独立の複数の第１の吸気管
によつてそれぞれの気筒群に対して１つづつ設け
られた第２の吸気管に接続して集合させ、各気筒
群に対して設けられた第２の吸気管を１つのダク
トに接続して集合させ、該ダクトをエアクリーナ
に接続した多気筒内燃機関の吸気装置において、
各気筒群に属する前記複数の第１の吸気管のそれ
ぞれに、第１の吸気管からの分岐部と反対側の端
部が閉塞されたパイプから成るブランチを設け、
該ブランチの第１の吸気管からの分岐部に開閉可
能な制御弁を設け、該制御弁をエンジン運転条件
に応じて開閉させたことを特徴とする多気筒内燃
機関の可変吸気装置。
