だ排気、５：コレクタ、８：電気集塵部、９：蒸
発器、１０：フアン、１１：温度センサ、１２：
湿度センサ、１３：温度センサ、１４：湿度セン
サ、１５：演算器、１６：判別器。

Claims (1)
- フイルタ、電気集塵部、冷凍サイクルの蒸発器
及びフアンを備えた水溶性オイルミストのコレク
タにおいて、水溶性ミストの発生源の周囲雰囲気
中に第１の組の温度センサ及び湿度センサを備え
ると共に、上記水溶性ミストの発生源から流れて
くる排気がコレクタ内に流入する箇所に第２の組
の温度センサ及び湿度センサを備えており、上記
第１の組のセンサと第２の組のセンサからの信号
によつて各組のセンサの設置箇所における絶対湿
度を夫々演算すると共に、その差分を演算する演
算器を備えており、かつ上記演算器で演算された
差分を予め段階的に設定した複数個の設定値と比
較し、上記差分が上記電気集塵部、冷凍サイクル
及びフアンの夫々について予め与えられた上記設
定値を超えるか又は下回つたときに上記電気集塵
部等を夫々ＯＮにし又はＯＦＦにする判別器を備
えていることを特徴とする上記水溶性オイルミス
トのコレクタ。
