Claims (1)
- 弁箱内の弁座に対設しかつオリフイスが形成さ
れた主弁体と、該主弁体のオリフイスに対設され
る補助弁体と、上記主弁体を固定し上記補助弁体
が摺動自在に外嵌された弁棒とを有し、該弁棒を
介して上記主弁体を作動させるアクチユエータと
、上記補助弁体を作動させる電磁石と、上記弁棒
に形成されて上記補助弁体の開弁時に上記弁箱と
アクチユエータとを連通させる連通路を備え、上
記電磁石の励磁により上記補助弁体が開弁された
時、上記連通路からアクチユエータに導入される
流体圧で上記主弁体が開弁されるように構成され
ていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
