3の吸気ポートとを具備し、これら第1、第2及
び第3の各吸気ポートを、第1、第2及び第3の
吸気弁を介して燃焼室にそれぞれ接続し前記第3
の吸気弁の開弁時期を吸気行程中央付近となした
複吸気弁エンジンにおいて、シリンダヘツド部の
シリンダ壁側の前記第2の吸気弁と第3の吸気弁
との間のみに、前記第3の吸気ポートからの吸気
を前記スワール方向に向けるマスキングを設けた
