図において、1は電動機、2は駆動電源装置、
3は過負荷状態検出演算手段、3―3は負荷演算
回路、3―3aは負荷状態データ、4は補正量演
算手段、4―2aは負荷補正データ、4―3は時
間測定回路、4―7はデータメモリ、4―8は時
定数保持メモリ、4―10は補正回路である。な

温度値を記憶保持するデータメモリと、各電動機
固有の熱時定数を複数記憶保持した時定数保持メ
モリと、駆動電源停止時より再投入に至る経過時
間を測定する時間測定回路と、電源再投入時にお
ける発熱温度値を、上記データメモリ、時定数保
持メモリ及び時間測定回路より読み出された発熱
温度値、熱時定数、及び経過時間に基いて演算し
、上記過負荷状態検出演算手段へ初期データとし
て設定する補正回路とで構成したことを特徴とす
