給して自己発熱させ、その電力供給前後における
前記電気信号の差を検出すると共に、該差を正常
な温度センサ１に前記所定電力を供給した場合に
おける値と比較して前記温度センサ１が正常であ
るか否かを判断する機能を備えてなることを特徴
