前記電源電圧が前記無線部の動作可能電圧範囲内にある
ことが検出されると前記第２のスイッチ手段をオンにす
る一方前記電源電圧が所定電圧を越えたことが検出され
ると前記第１のスイッチをオフするようにしたことを特
