Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the putting of a cooking saucer in and out of a microwave oven and at the same time produce no error of a weighing sensor in measurement even when food stuff is seated at the end of a gridiron net by a structure wherein the gridiron net is supported by the whole upper portion of the outer peripheral edge of the cooking saucer in the microwave oven and the supporting legs of the net are made to keep close to the inner side of the outer periphery of the saucer in order to remove the play between the net and the saucer. CONSTITUTION:The diameter l of the net frame 1 of a gridiron net is made larger than the outer diameter l' of the outer peripheral edge of a cooking saucer 4 in order to be able to place the gridiron net on the upper portion of the saucer. In addition, the pitch (m) of supporting legs 3 is made to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter (m') of the outer peripheral edge of the saucer 4 so as to be able to put the supporting legs 3 within the inner side of the recess of the saucer 4. Because the pitch (m) is made to bring the supporting legs 3 in nearly contact with the outer peripheral edge of the saucer 4 under the state that the gridiron net is paced on the saucer 4, almost no play is left between the gridiron net and the saucer and the gridiron net is installed stably in the cooking saucer 4 for an electronic range. Consequently, as for the generation of spark due to the contact of the gridiron net with the wall of an oven compartment occurs and the safety of an oven is ensured. Furthermore, the weighing error in measurement can be reduced and the excellent weighing accuracy is obtained even when food stuff is seated at the end of the gridiron net, because the gridiron net is supported by the whole outer peripheral edge of the saucer 4.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional slatted screen for an oven and microwave oven, as shown in FIG. and support legs 3 formed by bending the net rod 2. Conventional grates of this type are used by being placed on a saucer 4 for microwave oven cooking, but when the tray 4 is taken in and out of the oven, the grates slip and come close to the wall inside the oven. To prevent this from happening, the outer diameter of the mesh frame 1 is often made much smaller than the outer diameter of the microwave oven cooking saucer 4. Note that if radio-controlled cooking is performed while the mesh frame 1 or the mesh rods 2 are in contact with or close to the oven wall surface, sparks may occur, causing fire or damage to the inside of the oven.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Page 3 However, in such a conventional oven/microwave grating, food is placed on the grate rod 2, then placed on the microwave saucer 4, and then the whole food is When trying to put food into the oven, it was quite unstable, and the slatted mesh often moved back and forth and left and right, causing food to fall out. In addition, automatic oven microwave ovens equipped with weight sensors have the disadvantage that if the food is not located at the center of the microwave cooking saucer 4 but near the edges, the error in the measured weight becomes large. This was easy to happen.

The present invention solves these conventional problems, and has a simple configuration that allows the microwave cooking saucer 4 to be stably taken in and out of the oven after food is placed on the grating. To provide an excellent slatted screen for an oven/microwave oven which does not cause an error in the weight measured by a weight sensor even if it is placed on the edge of the slatted screen.

Means for solving intergrain spots In order to achieve the above object, the slatted screen for an oven and microwave oven of the present invention includes a circular mesh frame forming the outer periphery of the slatted screen;
comprising: net rods fixed to the net frame at predetermined intervals; and support legs formed by bending the net rods;
The diameter of the mesh frame is larger than the outer diameter of the outer periphery of the microwave cooking saucer on which the slatted mesh is placed, and the pitch of the supporting legs is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the outer periphery of the microwave cooking saucer. By making the height of the supporting legs smaller than the depth of the microwave oven cooking saucer, the slatted net rests on the upper part of the outer periphery of the microwave oven cooking saucer.

Function: The slatted mesh for oven and microwave oven of the present invention has the diameter of the mesh rod larger than the outer diameter of the outer periphery of the microwave cooking tray. The slatted mesh will be received by the entire outer edge of the microwave saucer. This makes food very stable even when placed on the grid. In addition, the pitch of the support legs is made slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the outer rim of the microwave cooking saucer, so even if the slatted mesh slides, the support legs will hit the inside of the outer rim of the microwave cooking saucer. It is possible to stably take food in and out of the oven with very little rattling. In addition, when considering an auto oven microwave oven with a weight sensor, even if food is placed toward the edge of the slatted grid, the entire outer periphery of the microwave cooking tray supports the slatted grid, so the food is distributed evenly over the entire tray. A load is applied to the device, which can reduce measurement errors.

As shown in Fig. 1, the diameter l of the mesh frame 1 of the slatted mesh is larger than the outer diameter l' of the outer periphery of the microwave cooking saucer 4, and there is a relationship of 13>l'. It rests on the upper part of the outer periphery of the microwave cooking saucer 4.

Further, the pitch m of the supporting legs 3 of the slatted mesh is slightly smaller than the inner diameter m' of the outer peripheral edge of the microwave cooking saucer 4, and the supporting legs 3 fit inside the recess of the saucer 4. As shown in Figure 2, the pitch m is determined so that when the grid is placed on the tray 4, the support legs 3 are almost close to the outer periphery of the tray 4, so that the grid has almost no wobble. It can be stably attached to the microwave oven cooking saucer 4 without any problems.

Since this embodiment is configured as described above, even when a slatted grid is placed on the microwave cooking tray 1TIt4 and food is placed on it, the tray 4 can be smoothly and stably taken in and out of the oven. You won't have to worry about food falling off the grid.

Furthermore, since there is almost no wobbling when the slatted net is placed on the saucer 4, there is no fear that the slatted net will come into contact with the wall surface of the oven chamber and cause sparks, thereby increasing safety.

Furthermore, when used in an auto oven microwave oven equipped with a weight sensor function, even if food is placed on the edge of the slatted screen, the entire outer edge of the saucer 4 receives the slatted screen, reducing errors in the measured weight. It is possible to provide an auto oven microwave oven with excellent accuracy.

Incidentally, the slatted grid of this embodiment is constructed so that it can be used for oven and grill cooking as well. As shown in Figure 7 on page 7, the outer diameter l of the mesh frame 1 is slightly smaller than the length n of one side of the concave portion of the oven cooking saucer 6, and the height of the support legs 3 is set so that it is suitable for oven cooking. Since the depth is lower than the depth of the saucer 6, the slatted mesh metal body fits into the recess of the oven cooking saucer 5. In this case, l is slightly smaller than n, so as shown in Fig. 4, the slatted net is stably attached to the oven cooking tray 6 without hitting the wall surface of the tray 6, and it is also easy to take it in and out of the oven. It can be done smoothly.

As described above, by returning the diameter l of the mesh frame 1 and the pitch m of the support legs 3 to appropriate lengths, the same slatted mesh can be used for both microwave ovens and oven grills, which also increases the cost reduction effect. It is also possible.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the slatted mesh for oven and microwave oven of the present invention, the slatted grid is supported on the entire upper part of the outer periphery of the saucer for microwave oven cooking, and the supporting legs are located close to the inside of the outer periphery of the saucer. Since it has a structure that eliminates rattling, the following effects can be obtained.

In addition, if the diameter of the mesh frame of the present invention is made slightly smaller than the length of one side of the concave part of the saucer for oven/grill cooking, it can be used as a grid for microwave cooking, oven/grill cooking. It is possible to share the network, which also has the effect of reducing costs.
