Claims (1)
- ケース内が弾性ダイヤフラムにより大気室と負
圧室に区分され、ダイヤフラムを支持するリテー
ナの下部に垂下させて押し棒を設け、負圧室内に
おいて押し棒の下方に圧電ゴム板を介在させて固
定電極を設け、該固定電極には上面に前記押し棒
の直径よりも大なる内径の皿状の凹部を設け、か
つ前記圧電ゴム板と固定電極とが接続された警報
回路を設けてなる目詰まり警報装置。
