分の平面図、第３図は第１図の背気室板部分の平
面図、第４図は従来の圧電形電気音響変換器の縦
断面図である。 １：金属カバー、２：放音孔、３：圧電振動板
、４：背気室板、５：漏洩孔、６：導電性金属体
、６ａ：外部接続端子、６ｂ：接触部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電セラミツク素子を金属円板の下面に貼り付
    けてなる圧電振動板と、底面部に漏洩孔を有する
    凹状の背気室板を、上面に放音孔を有する金属カ
    バー内に封止してなる圧電形電気音響変換器にお
    いて、上記背気室板内に導電性金属体を一体成形
    により設け、該導電性金属体の一端部を上記背気
    室板の上記圧電振動板との当接部に露出させ、上
    記圧電振動板の電極に接触する接触部を形成し、
    上記導電性金属体の他端部を上記背気室板の下方
    へ突出させて外部接続端子を形成したことを特徴
    とする圧電形電気音響変換器。
