Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 食品を収納するせいろと、内部に収納した
食品を外部から見えるように前記せいろを閉ざす
ための透明な蓋と、前記せいろを着脱自在に載置
しうる上部開口部を有し内部に熱湯を入れること
のできる断熱性容器と、前記透明な蓋の上方から
加熱するためのヒータとを備えることを特徴とす
る食品加湿保温装置。 (2) 前記ヒータは、赤外線ヒータである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の食品加湿保温装
置。
