、車両が急制動により停止した状態であることを
検出する急制動停止状態検出手段と、該急制動停
止状態検出手段により車両が急制動により停止し
た状態であることが検出されたときに、前記サス
ペンシヨン装置の減衰力及びばね定数の少なくと
も一方をハード側に切り換える切換え手段とを備
