Claims (1)
- アマチユア吸着面８ａに対するアマチユア２１
の間隙が所定の大きさより増大した状態のとき、
アマチユア吸着面８ａにアマチユア２１が吸着す
ると、間隙調整用の軸体１８が上記間隙増大分だ
け前記アマチユア吸着面８ａ方向に移動するよう
にした装置において、アマチユア吸着面８ａに所
定の隙間Ｇ１を存してアマチユア２１を対向させ
、該アマチユア２１を第１の板ばね１７に固定し
、該第１の板ばね１７に前記第１の板ばね１７よ
り原形保持力の大きな第２の板ばね１４を固定し
、該第２の板ばね１４をアマチユアホルダー１２
の適所に固定し、前記軸体１８の移動と連動すべ
く、該軸体１８に前記第２の板ばね１４を係合し
、前記アマチユアホルダー１２にチヤンバー１６
を形成し、該チヤンバー１６に前記軸体１８に連
結するロツド１８ｂをスライド自在に密封配置し
、該ロツド１８ｂに磁石板２０を設け、該磁石板
２０に対向して前記チヤンバー１６の壁面に異極
の磁石板２２を配設し、前記チヤンバー１６内に
磁性粉末材２４を収納したことを特徴とする電磁
アマチユア作動装置における自動空隙調整装置。
