  1. 断面ほゞコ字形の環状溝を有する円筒部材とそ
    の環状溝に挿入された電磁コイル内蔵のフイール
    ドコアとを一体化して装置固定側に固定し、一対
    の磁性板とこれに挾着された永久磁石とからなる
    磁性体を、前記円筒部材の環状溝内に磁性板の内
    外周面を環状溝の内周面に固定して配設するとと
    もに、前記円筒部材の中心部を同心状に貫通する
    回転軸上に前記円筒部材の摩擦面となる底板外面
    との間に所定の間隔をおいて平面を対向させたア
    ーマチユアを、ばね部材を介して固定したことを
    特徴とする電磁ブレーキ。
