By using synthetic fiber threads, which are thinner than cotton threads and have the same strength on the surface, as the threads, we have changed the woven fabrics produced by dyeing the top of the piles to the traditional strands of shimifari fabrics. This relates to a method for manufacturing a crimped fabric that can express an excellent crimped pattern without leaving any holes. It is a synthetic material that cannot be dyed with the dye used to dye silk, which is thinner than cotton thread and has the same strength as cotton thread. It is woven as a tightening thread during textile weaving, and ground dyeing is applied to the fabric woven with this tightening thread, and after the dyeing process, it is pleated with the tightening thread, and the folds of this pleated fabric (= tightening pleat dyeing are performed and steamed) It is characterized by removing the tightening threads after treatment and washing with water to express a tightening pleat pattern.

Conventional line woven fabrics are produced by weaving cotton threads during weaving and pleating them with the cotton threads. uses cotton thread that is easy to tighten and tie.

However, since the cotton thread is thick, it will not penetrate into the fabric underneath the cotton thread.
また綿糸であるから綿糸が染料を吸収するため染料が綿

物となる。In this respect, the present invention uses cotton threads that are thinner than cotton threads, so the diameter of the threads is much smaller than that of cotton threads, and the thread holes created by removing the cotton threads are much smaller. The folds are not noticeable, making it a highly pleated fabric with high product value.

Since it is made of cotton fiber, it is strong and can be gathered smoothly without breaking even when gathered with considerable force, making it easy to tighten and tie like cotton yarn tightening yarn.

Since the body does not absorb the dye as in the case of cotton thread tightening thread, the dye penetrates into the part with the cotton thread in the same way as the part without it, so it can be ground-dyed reliably without uneven dyeing.C2. .

A beautiful crimped fabric with extremely high commercial value, with a crimped pattern expressed on the ground, will be provided.
