For example, a method using a general plying/twisting machine or twisting machine, a method using a double covering method, a method using static electricity to open long fibers and wrapping other fiber yarns including spun yarn, and a method using a spinning machine. Core spun yarns, which are obtained by using long fiber yarns or spun yarns as cores, are generally known.

It does not become a structural thread. The double cover one type can obtain a yarn form close to 2/1i14i# yarn, but the productivity is low and generally depends on the number of twists.
With a production speed of 0 to 25 m/min, there is a limit to the amount of winding on the bobbin, and there are many knots (limited to relatively small quantities of use).If the fabric is made while opening using static electricity, it may cause uneven opening and may not be sufficient. Texture and functional effects have not been obtained. The method using spinning @ has the drawbacks of low productivity and uneven spacing, and is limited in terms of use.

As a result of intensive research aimed at developing a method, a simple and easy method was discovered.

A method for producing a two-layered yarn is characterized in that a spun yarn is used as the core yarn, a processed long fiber yarn is used as the effect yarn, and each effect yarn is fed and twisted at different points of confluence.
以下、本発明を図面に従い詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

(1) is a core yarn supply passage provided in the center, and (2) + (3) are effect yarns provided so that they merge from the side of the core yarn supply passage (1) at different merging points. This is a supply passage. A two-layer structure yarn that can be obtained by supplying multiple effect yarns at different confluence points rather than at the same confluence point, or more precisely, an effect yarn layer in which single to multiple effect yarns are distributed in the yarn axis direction. The two-layer structured yarn has a remarkable effect on color effect, appearance, and improvement of friction melting resistance when used as sports clothing.

The intersecting angle (/?) of the core yarn supply passage (1) and the effect yarn supply passage (2) is 30 to 60. A range of .degree. is preferred, and each intersecting angle may be the same or stationary. Second

The obtained yarn also had a high coverage of the effect yarn and was uniform. Using this yarn, I used a M-4B 20 () double jersey circular knitting machine with a reversible structure, using the two-layer structure yarn of the present invention for the front yarn, and using 5D10 Ro/24 polyester filament processed yarn for the back side, using the normal process. When dyed and finished, the color was deep, the texture was good due to the covering effect of the spun yarn and polyester filament processed yarn, and the friction melting effect in gymnasiums was also excellent for use as training wear for sports clothing. .
