(Prior Art) In recent years, nonwoven fabrics have been increasingly used as handicraft materials. Development of the so-called spunbond method, which creates nonwoven fabrics by melt-spinning heat-fusible synthetic polymers such as polyamide, polyester, and polypropylene, and then immediately shaking the continuous filaments vertically and horizontally to cross-bond each filament using self-adhesive force. This has made it possible to use nonwoven fabrics that are inexpensively produced, lightweight, and have a unique feel. Among the nonwoven fabrics produced by the spunbond method, those with a particularly light basis weight are cut into thin strips to produce nonwoven fabric tapes, and various handicrafts are made using these nonwoven fabric tapes.

However, such nonwoven fabric tapes have the disadvantage of being stiff and limited in their use as handicrafts. For this reason, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-34660 discloses that the non-woven tape is lightly twisted or that the non-woven tape is twisted mutually, and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-52134 discloses that the non-woven tape is twisted by twisting the non-woven tape mutually. A method to cover the weaknesses is shown. However, using the above method has the disadvantage that the unique properties and novel appearance of the nonwoven tape cannot be fully exhibited.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The invention aims to solve the problem of improving the stiffness, which is a drawback of threads made of light non-woven fabric made by the spunbond method, and the smooth feeling and flexibility of non-woven fabric tape. The purpose is to provide a new handicraft material that simultaneously solves the problem of obtaining cool summer handicrafts with an innovative appearance and a cool feeling by actively utilizing Both of the nonwoven tapes are made by cross-linking spun continuous filaments of high molecular weight polymers, with a twist coefficient of 30 to 40.
The twisted yarn and the glitter filament yarn are mixed and twisted in the opposite direction under a twist number that is approximately half of the twist of the twisted yarn to form a twisted yarn. , and is achieved by using a filament-like craft material in which slabs formed from the overlapped wound portions of the nonwoven fabric tape are dispersed asymmetrically along the yarn axis direction of the twisted yarn.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to drawings showing an example of an embodiment thereof. FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the handicraft material according to the present invention. In the figure, numeral 1 indicates a nonwoven fabric tape, and the nonwoven fabric tape 1 is a light nonwoven fabric produced by a spunbond method, for example,
A nonwoven fabric having a weight of 30 g/m 2 or less, preferably around 20 g/m 2 is cut into a tape shape with a width of 5 to 10 mm, for example, 5 mm. The nonwoven fabric tape 1 is dyed and mixed and twisted with a stiff spun yarn 2 made of natural fibers, synthetic fibers, etc. to form a twisted yarn 3. After the spun yarn 2 is mixed and twisted with the nonwoven fabric tape 1, it becomes a core yarn of the twisted yarn 3 and is substantially covered with the nonwoven fabric tape 1. Therefore, it is not necessary to specifically dye the spun yarn 2. Usually, it is convenient to use a tape with a thickness of around 20 (meter size) so that it can be covered with the nonwoven fabric tape 1. For example, if you use 20-count double-ply cotton yarn, you can obtain a moderate waist. Further, by using a thicker spun yarn 2 and dyeing it in a different color from the non-woven tape 1, a design effect can be obtained due to the difference between the part covered by the non-woven tape 1 and the part protruding from the non-woven tape 1. It is possible. When the nonwoven fabric tape 1 and the spun yarn 2 are mixed and twisted, the number of twists T is appropriately determined by the following formula.

T=A√ 但し、T=1m当たりの撚数 W=不織布テープの目付(g/m2) X=不織布テープの巾(mm) A=撚係数 しかして本考案においてはAの値が30〜40の範

T=A√ However, T=Number of twists per 1m W=Weight of non-woven tape (g/ m2 ) X=Width of non-woven tape (mm) A=Twist coefficient However, in this invention, the value of A is 30~ It is necessary to perform intertwisting under the number of twists required in the range of 40. If the value of A is 30 or less, the nonwoven fabric tape 1 and the spun yarn 2 are not completely combined and the center of the nonwoven fabric becomes spiral. A space remains in the strand, and the stiffness of the twisted yarn 3 cannot be obtained.
Furthermore, when the value of A is 40 or more, double-twisted portions appear, the soft texture is lost, and the degree of obliqueness increases, causing problems during knitting.

The rotational speed of the feed roller that feeds out the nonwoven fabric tape 1 at the time of twisting is randomly changed by a known tape method, electronic method, etc., and the nonwoven fabric tape is twisted along the yarn axis direction as shown in FIG. A slab 5 consisting of one overlapping wrapped portion is produced. Since the slabs 5 are present asymmetrically along the yarn axis direction, when the handicraft material according to the present invention is knitted as a handicraft, the slabs 4 are scattered and positioned, thereby doubling the design effect. Also, slab 4 has 3.1 m of twisted yarn.
It is preferable that about 15 to 30% of the slab 4 exists along the yarn axis direction, and if the slab 4 is 15% or less, the design effect of the slab 4 will be sufficient when a handicraft item is knitted using the handicraft material according to the present invention. Not demonstrated. Furthermore, if more than 30% of the slabs 4 are present, the twisted yarns 3 will become strong and the nonwoven fabric tape 1 will not only lose its original soft texture but also have trouble handling during knitting.

The twisted yarn 3 as described above is further intertwisted with a filament yarn 5. As the filament yarn 5, yarns such as nylon, rayon, polyester, acrylic, and silk having luster and strength can be used, but nylon and rayon yarns are especially suitable for use as handicraft materials for the summer. There is. In addition, in order to maintain the soft texture of the handicraft material related to this invention, multifilament yarn (number of
It is preferable to use a thickness of about 100 denier.
When the filament yarn 5 and the twisted yarn 3 are intertwisted with a number of twists of 3 and approximately half the number of twists, the filament yarn 5 presses down the slab 4 formed by the nonwoven fabric tape 1 and loses its design effect. It prevents you from being abused. Also, filament yarn 5 and twisted yarn 3
The twist direction of the twisted yarn 3 must be opposite to the twist direction of the twisted yarn 3. By performing the above-mentioned intertwisting, untwisting of the twisted yarn 3 is prevented, the structure of the handicraft material as yarn is fixed while maintaining the shape of the slab 4, and strong elongation force is imparted to the handicraft material according to the present invention. It is possible.

(Effects of the invention) The handicraft material according to the present invention uses a non-woven tape, so it has a light and flexible texture, and this, combined with the cool luster emitted by the glittering filament yarn, makes it ideal as a handicraft material for summer. Further, due to the spun yarn used as the core yarn, the handicraft material according to the present invention has appropriate stiffness and can be knitted very easily.

On the other hand, since each slab is made up of overlapping wound portions of the nonwoven fabric tape, each slab has a different shape depending on the feeding state of the nonwoven fabric tape when the slab is created. However, as described above, when the handicraft material according to the present invention is knitted by arranging the slabs asymmetrically along the yarn axis direction, the slabs appear randomly in the knitted product, giving it an innovative appearance.

As mentioned above, the handicraft material of the present invention can easily create handicrafts with a novel appearance suitable for summer, and has great potential to overcome the shortcomings of conventional non-woven tapes and open up new uses. It is something to give.
