Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷却手段を有する装入室と断熱材を内張し
た熱処理室とを断熱中間扉で区画し、前記装入室
に不活性ガス供給管と真空排気装置とを設けると
ともに、前記熱処理室に循環フアン、加熱装置、
保護雰囲気ガス供給管および真空排気装置とを設
けたことを特徴とするバツチ式熱処理炉。 (2) 前記加熱装置が、セラミツク製中空管と、
該管中空部に位置する炭化ケイ素系発熱体とから
なることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載のバツチ式熱処理炉。 (3) 前記冷却手段が、装入室の底部に位置する
焼入油槽からなることを特徴とする前記実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載のバツ
チ式熱処理炉。 (4) 前記冷却手段が、装入室の底部に位置する
焼入油槽、冷却フアンおよび冷却器からなること
を特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
または第２項に記載のバツチ式熱処理炉。
