Description
第１図はデジタル積載重量計を示すもので運転
席の正面見易い所に接着シートにて取付けられる
構造とする。１は外匡で正面プラスチツクのパネ
ル張り、２は総重量の合計積載を示す数字表示で
、３は各車輪にかかる重量の表示である。 第２図は本機の取付状態を示す図で、４は車台
で、５は車輪で、６は車軸である。７はシヨツク
アブソバーで、８は本機の取付状態を示す。第３
図は本機の構造を示す図で、９は取付ボルト、１
０はスプリングで、１１は外枠、１２は内枠、１
３は積載測定部分である。 第４図は本機の取付金具の図で、１４は軽金属
製の取付金具で、１５はゴム製の本機取付クツシ
ヨンである。 第５図は本機の重量測定部分の図で、１４はス
プリングの取付ガイドのボス付板である。１５は
ゴム製の突起状をしたものでスプリングに依り上
下するものである。１６及び１７はプラスチツク
のシートでストレンヂゲージを接着したものであ
る。１８はストレンヂゲージのリード、１９は凹
面をしたゴム製品である。

Claims (1)
- 四輪走行貨物自動車の各車輪と車台との間に（
例えばシヨツクアブソバーと並列に）荷重測定器
を取付けその測定器の出力に依り積載重量を測定
しその積載重量をデジタル積載計に各車輪の荷重
と総重量を表示させ、その積載計を運転席の見易
い位置に取付け荷台の積載量が各車輪にどの程度
負荷分担して居るか若し走行中荷くずれなどした
場合は一見して発見出来る様にした装置。
