Claims (1)

上下方向ならびに横方向に複数の区画収納空間を
有する棚と、この棚に沿つた一定経路上を走行自
在で且つ昇降ならびに横方向出退自在な荷保持具
を有する搬入出装置とを設け、この搬入出装置は
、下部レールに支持案内される下部被ガイド体と
、上部レールに案内される上部被ガイド体を有し
、前記下部レールと下部被ガイド体とを防塵カバ
ー内に設け、また上部被ガイド体は、搬入出装置
のポスト上端に設けたカバーで囲み、このカバー
の上部側に前記上部レールの嵌入を許すスリツト
を形成すると共に、該カバー内を前記ポスト内に
連通したことを特徴とするクリーンルーム内の荷
