- ＩＣパツケージにおいて、チツプからのボンデ
イング線が電気的に接続されるリード引き出し線
と、該リード引き出し線の上又は下に誘電体を介
し重ねた導体と、該誘電体とでコンデンサを形成
したことを特徴とするＩＣパツケージ。
