Abstract

PURPOSE:To treat continuously a molten steel with good productivity by providing a ladle loading and unloading station, molten steel heater, degassing device, etc. in the circumferential direction of a toric closed loop and providing a central support which receives the load of each installation and apparatus to the center of the closed loop. CONSTITUTION:The ladle loading and unloading station 1, a slag discharging station 2, the molten steel heater 3, a KAT device 4 and a vacuum degassing device 5 are disposed apart from each other in the circumferential direction on the toric closed loop 8. The central support 15 made into a hollow columnar construction is erected and fixed to the center of the closed loop 8. Upper, middle and lower decks 13, 14, 12 which receive the load of each installation and apparatus are provided to the support 15 and are connected to a passage 20. Stirrers 9 which can freely advance and retreat to the inside and outside of the diametral direction are respectively provided to the lower deck 12 facing the heater 3 and the degassing device 5 in the inside direction of the diameter so that the molten steel in the ladle 7 imposed on the carriage 6 in the station 1 is stirred.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a ladle for continuously refining a 9-meter steel taken out of a converter and placed in a ladle while moving the ladle. The present invention relates to refining equipment, and specifically relates to a support frame structure in a ladle refining equipment that moves the ladle mentioned above in a circular closed loop. , [Conventional technology] f! The steel bath extracted from the r-share converter is stored in a ladle, but as required, each machine is refined outside the furnace prior to casting. μ′ as a refining vc station
i! There are R types, but recently they have been stored in a ladle.
Powder additives for refining (for example, CaC1, Ca -
Si, etc.) -? Calcium injection equipment (commonly referred to as KAT) is used, which controls inclusions, desulfurizes, deoxidizes, etc. by injecting it with Arya gas (usually Ar). Furthermore, a 710 heat fc@ for heat retention or heating, or a degassing device for removing dissolved gas from the molten steel is also used.

Conventionally, these devices were provided independently, and if necessary, alloy fractions, etc. were added to each F independently. However, for example, the Ca alloy powder used in the KATli process is particularly important for the dehydrogenation of molten steel after rounding due to its hygroscopic properties, and the relevance of 'rrn et al. has attracted attention.

Furthermore, the processing steps differ depending on the type of steel and its purpose, and some require only passing through a heating device and a degassing device, while others require only passing through a heating device and a KAT civil equipment to complete a degassing device. Various steps are used, such as omitting the KAT, or directly transporting the KAT without passing it through a heating device, and then transporting it to a degassing device. The ladle conveyance line that connects the seven vessels must be constructed to accommodate these requirements. Since these various types of demolition equipment are directly installed separately, it is necessary to install an independent nine-alloy powder private equipment and/or concealed exhaust gas equipment. Expenses? Moreover, it is often inconvenient in terms of operation management and operation. -In recent years, the continuous casting method has been widely adopted in place of the Jintong ingot making method from the viewpoints of productivity, yield, energy saving, labor saving, etc. In order to achieve maximum performance, it is necessary to continuously prepare and supply molten steel of the desired quality to the continuous casting process. However, on the converter side, which is in the position of co-supplying n2, there is a difference between the blowing time and the quality of each steel for each charge, and the subsequent processing steps are also affected by this, and there are also changes in the steel type. There are many variations in quality, especially in the conventional equipment configuration mentioned above, which is controlled in the continuous casting process. [It often happens that it becomes difficult to efficiently supply the series α. Therefore, is it an advantage of continuous word a method? The current situation is that it is not fully utilized.

By the way, in ladle refining equipment, what happens when the ladle is closed on a closed loop? ! ! It is necessary to move the molten steel to the processing line and stir it in the heating device and degassing device, but when installing the 7th "electromagnetic stirring 1i: IiC hereafter referred to as Starte 5), these loads can be stirred in a closed loop. Supporting the outer circumference increases the height of the equipment and is structurally difficult. In particular, it is impossible to support the inner surface of the closed loop without a support.
