Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steelmaking facility having a carriage for transporting molten iron or the like under a converter furnace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, it has become widespread that hot metal pretreatment is performed in a converter. Among them, there is a method of performing dephosphorization processing and decarburization processing in one converter. At that time, the molten iron refined in the converter is once discharged into a dedicated pan, the slag remaining in the converter is discharged, and then the molten iron once discharged into the dedicated pan is reloaded into the same converter again. Holds a special pot to enter (hereinafter referred to as a refill pan). Therefore, in the conventional converter, there are two trolleys for transporting the slag pan that receives the discharge slag, the steel pan that receives the molten steel after refining, and each pan.
[0003]
Further, when the hot metal preliminary treatment is performed in a converter, the recharging pan is transported (hereinafter referred to as a recharging cart), and three carts are arranged under the furnace. The recharging cart is located between the waste pan and the steel pan. Therefore, the cable for supplying the power source of the recharging cart is drawn from either the waste cart or the steel receiving cart side. For example, when the cable is drawn from the waste cart side, the cable is as shown in FIG. . Conventionally, when slag is discharged from the converter, the cable of the recharging cart is laid on the ground level below the converter furnace as shown by the broken line in FIG.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional state, there has been a case in which the molten slag splashes on the cable laid on the ground level due to the rebound of the slag falling from the converter to the slag pan during the sewage and damages the cable.
When a cable was damaged, it took a long time to restore it, leading to a suspension of converter production and an increase in repair costs.
[0005]
In addition to the above case, there may be a case where the cable is damaged by slopping or the like during normal converter blowing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention advantageously solves the above problems, and the gist thereof is as follows (1) to (3).
(1) A steelmaking facility having a cart that travels under a converter and is supplied with a power source by a cable, wherein the cable that supplies the power source to the cart has a function of moving up and down. Steel making equipment.
[0007]
(2) A waste pan that receives the slag discharged from the converter under the converter, a recharging pan for recharging the molten iron discharged from the converter, and final refining in the converter The steelmaking facility having a steel pan for receiving the molten steel applied, wherein the cable of the cart carrying at least the recharging pan has a function of moving up and down.
[0008]
(3) The steelmaking facility according to (1) or (2), wherein the cable has a function of automatically moving up and down depending on a start timing or an end timing of work such as discharging or steeling.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The solid line in FIG. 1 shows the bogie cable of one embodiment of the steel making facility of the present invention.
In this example, the cable laid from the waste pan dolly side is conventionally in the state of a broken line. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the damage of the cable due to the splash of molten slag and the overflowing slag at the time of evacuation, and it is possible to avoid the stoppage of converter production and the increase in repair costs.
[0010]
It is also possible to automatically raise and lower the cable by detecting the timing of work such as the start of evacuation or the movement of each carriage.
Here, in this invention, a cable raising / lowering apparatus is not specifically limited. For example, a lifting device as shown in FIG. 2 may be used. FIG. 2 shows a system in which a horizontal bar is attached to an elevator car that moves up and down on the elevator frame, and a cable is placed on the bar. The cable is simply placed on the bar without being tied to the lifting device so that it can be wound up as the carriage moves.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the cable that supplies the power source to the cart installed under the converter furnace from being damaged by the slag or molten iron splashed or overflowed from the converter, reducing production suspension or repairing. Costs can be reduced.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is an overall view of a steelmaking facility showing a position example of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a lifting device that lifts and lowers a cable.
