【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相対する両端面に貫通孔を開口させた正特
性サーミスタと、通孔を有しこの通孔上に前記正
特性サーミスタを支持させたインシユレータとを
備える半導体ヒータユニツトにおいて、側方に開
口部を有して、前記正特性サーミスタを前記イン
シユレータの前記通孔の上方は宙釣りする支持体
を有することを特徴とする半導体ヒータユニツト
。 (2) 前記支持体は、前記正特性サーミスタの電
極に導通する電極板であることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の半導体ヒータ
ユニツト。 (3) 前記支持体は、前記通孔の周囲に等配して
複数設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項または第２項に記載の半導体ヒータユ
ニツト。 (4) 前記支持体は、リブを有することを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項また
は第３項に記載の半導体ヒータユニツト。 (5) 前記リブは、前記支持体の前記インシユレ
ータ側の取付基部に設けたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第４項に記載の半導体ヒータ
