Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エンジンの排気ガスによつて駆動される排気ガ
    スタービンと同排気ガスタービンにより駆動され
    、エンジンの吸気を加圧するコンプレツサとから
    なるターボ過給機と、 上記エンジンに対し燃料を供給する燃料供給装
    置と、 上記ターボ過給機の吐出空気圧力に応動して上
    記燃料供給装置の供給燃料量を制御する燃料制限
    装置とを具え、 上記排気ガスタービスが、エンジンの回転数と
    負荷とに応じて作動するアクチユエータによつて
    変化するノズル面積を以つて運転されるターボ過
    給機付エンジンにおいて、 上記排気ガスタービンのノズル面積設定に用い
    られるアクチユエータに対し、設定回転数以上で
    排気ブレーキ作動スイツチがオンしている状態の
    とき、アクセルペタルの踏み込みを解除すること
    に応動して上記ガスタービンのノズル面積が最小
    となるようにその態位を設定するとともに、その
    態位から遅延時間後に排気ブレーキ作動前のノズ
    ル面積に復帰するように設定したことを特徴とす
    るターボ過給機付エンジン。
