Claims (1)
- リードフレーム上に受光素子をマウントし、そ
の上に透明絶縁膜を介して発光素子をその発光面
が前記受光素子の受光面と同じく光フアイバーの
端面を向き、かつ同軸となるようにマウントし、
これらを透明樹脂または可視光カツト樹脂による
モールド加工によりパツケージしたことを特徴と
する光フアイバー通信用発光・受光組合せ素子。
