する信号を発振する発振回路よりの出力端をトランスを
介して上記スイッチング素子のゲートに供給し、上記ス
イッチング素子のゲート、上記トランスの2次コイル,
コンデンサ及び制御端子に上記発振回路出力が供給され
る制御用トランジスタを通じる直列回路を構成して該ト
ランジスタの一端を接地すると共に、該制御用トランジ
スタと並列に、これに流れる電流とは逆方向にダイオー
ドを接続し、上記制御用トランジスタには上記発振回路
