イオード、および同ダイオードに直列接続された定電圧
ダイオードとコンデンサとの並列接続回路、から成る直
列接続回路を介挿し、上記負荷駆動用電源から上記ダイ
オードを介して充電される上記コンデンサの両端電圧を
上記半導体スイッチ制御回路の動作用電源とすることを
