Claims (1)

において、電源電圧の状態を監視する停電検出回路と、
前記論理素子の電源系統を制御するための前記停電検出
回路に接続された電滌切換器とを具え、前記停電検出回
路に電源断信号が入力された場合には、当該論理素子の
電源系統を遮断し、前記停電検出回路に電源通電信号が
入力された場合には、当該論理素子の電源系統を前記電
源切換器を介して回路系の供給電源に接続せしめるよう
