Claims (1)
- 第１シリンダ内の環状の第１ピストンロツド軸
線に第２シリンダを、該第２シリンダ内の環状の
第２ピストンロツド軸線に第３シリンダをそれぞ
れ穿設して該第３シリンダ内に先端を封鎖した第
３ピストンロツドを配し、前記各ピストンロツド
は各シリンダの開口端にそれぞれ螺合したロツド
カバーで支承し、ピストン側の加圧流路は、第１
ピストン側とさらに分岐して第２ピストン側に向
いさらに第２ピストンを貫通して第３ピストンに
向う流路とし、他方の流路は、第１シリンダと第
３シリンダの流油口を結んでタンクに向うものと
第２シリンダの流油口を差圧バルブを介してタン
ク側と加圧流路側へと連通させたことを特徴とす
る油圧等速シリンダ。
