Claims (1)
- 両端部に圧力流体の供給・排出孔を夫々有する
シリンダ筒体内に、所要長さの中空ピストンを摺
動自在に収容し、該中空ピストン内に少なくとも
一本のピストンロツドを有するピストンを該ピス
トンロツドが前記中空ピストン及びシリンダ筒体
を夫々貫通した状態で摺動し得るよう収容し、該
少なくとも一本のピストンロツド及び前記ピスト
ンに、該ピストンにより仕切られる中空ピストン
の各室に圧力流体を夫々供給、排出するための給
排路を穿設してなることを特徴とする多段シリン
ダ。
