記チヤンバーに設けられた噴出孔から前記基板に
向けて噴出液を噴出するスプレー装置において、
前記支持具が互いに交叉する2本の支持棒と、前
記交叉方向における前記基板の端面部分に当接し
、かつ前記端面近傍の底面部分を載置する4個の
固定台とからなり、前記支持棒と前記固定台とを
嵌合することにより前記支持具を形成し、さらに
前記支持棒には前記基板のサイズに応じて前記交
叉する点を中心にして複数の対の穴が設けられて
いることを特徴とするスプレー装置。 (2) 前記固定台の少なくとも前記基板の端面部
分の当接部には前記支持棒の長手方向と実質的に
同方向に前記当接部を貫通した溝が形成されてい
