とにより上記機関を制動せしめる第1の制動手段
、行程位相が圧縮行程上死点近傍にある上記機関
の燃焼室より気体を放出することにより上記機関
を制動せしめる第2の制動手段、上記第1の制動
手段および第2の制動手段がともに作動状態とな
る作動態様と、上記第1の制動手段が作動状態と
なり第2の制動手段が非作動状態となる作動態様
とが得られるように、上記第1の制動手段と第2
の制動手段とを制御せしめる作動制御手段を備え
