Claims (1)
- 圧電体内において複数の電極が所定の間隔をお
いて重なるように配置されており、この重なり部
分で電極を介して隣合う圧電体層は互いに逆向き
に分極されており、各電極は一層おきにそれぞれ
圧電体の異なる２つの表面部分に露出しており、
この２つの表面部分には一層おきに露出した各電
極を接続するリード電極が形成された構造の圧電
変換子を備えたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
