Claims (1)
- ハイブリツドＩＣ本体１を構成する基板２のグ
ランドライン上に導電材のチツプを取付け、この
グランド用チツプ７を含めてハイブリツドＩＣ本
体１全体を絶縁性樹脂からなる保護層５で被覆す
るとともに、前記グランド用チツプ７の端部を保
護層５表面に露出させ、リード端子突出部を避け
て保護層５のほぼ全体に導電性物質を塗布して、
グランド用チツプ７の端部に接続されたシールド
膜６を形成してある樹脂外装型のハイブリツドＩ
