Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify construction and to shorten a term of works, by preforming a heat insulating panel in matching relation to the dimension and shape of an object to be heat insulated and attaching the same in the site. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating panel 100 has such a structure that a heat insulating material 102 comprising a glass wool or rock wool board is laminated to an exterior panel 101 comprising a thin metal plate or asbestos board and preliminarily molded in a factory so as to have a proper dimension and shape corresponding to an object to be heat insulate. When this heat insulating panel 100 is attached to an EP casing, it is directly attached to the outer surface of the casing in the case of a side wall 8 and fixed to mount metal fittings by textile screw 16. In the case of a throttled duct or hopper 3, the heat insulating panel 100 is attached onto a reinforcing material 13 and fixed by clamp bolts 12. In either one of the cases, the heat insulating panel may be only attached and fixed at a required place in the construction site.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the EPO casing has throttle ducts 1 and 2 formed at both ends in the horizontal direction, one of which is a gas outlet 1a, and the other is a gas outlet 2a.
A hollow base 3 is formed at the bottom and serves as a dust outlet 3a, and an insulator chamber 5 is formed in a part of the ceiling 4 to protrude upward. In addition, 6 in the figure is a support frame.

Since such an EP casing processes high-temperature gas inside, it is necessary to prevent the temperature of the processed gas from decreasing.
Also, for safety reasons, a heat insulating material 7 is pasted on the outer surface of the casing to prevent burns from coming into direct contact with the casing.

For example, the conventional insulation construction method for EP casings is to cut the insulation material 7 to a predetermined size and paste it.
Furthermore, since the exterior plate 15 was attached on top of it to cover the surface of the heat insulating material 7, there were problems such as requiring skill and a great deal of labor, a large amount of cost, and also prolonging the construction period. .

Figures 1 and 2 show a heat insulation panel 100 used in the heat insulation method of the present invention, which is made of an exterior plate 101 made of commercially available thin metal plates, asbestos cement, etc., and glass wool or other materials. It has a structure in which a heat insulating material 102 made of wood, wood, etc. is bonded to a rock using a heat-resistant adhesive or the like.

This heat retention/gunnel 1θ0 is determined in advance at the factory depending on the object to be kept warm (in this example, the EP casing);
As shown in Figure 3, the adhesion of the EP casing, which is the object to be protected, depends on the size and shape of the part. 1
, 2 and Hora -P3, the necessary number of heat-retaining guns 100 molded by mixing trapezoids, triangles, and other shapes as appropriate are used. Cut the boards by an appropriate amount (the shaded area in Figure 1 is the overlapping allowance). In Figure 3, the same parts as in Figure 6 are given the same reference numerals (Figure 4 and Figure 8, (The numbers match those in Figure 9).

Therefore, the heat insulation panel 100'ff, which has been preformed at the factory, is directly attached to the outer surface of the casing on the side wall 8, and the mounting bracket 103vc is fixed to the typhus screw 16 (FIGS. 4 and 5).

Further, in the throttle ducts 1 and 2 and the hopper 3, heat retaining flanges 100 are attached on the reinforcing material 13, and these are fixed with stop bolts 12 (FIG. 4). Regarding the ceiling 4, a heat retaining panel 100 may be attached, but a conventional heat retaining material 7 may be attached and fixed with a stop 711 welded in advance. According to the above heat insulation construction method, all of the heat insulation tunnels 100 are molded in the factory into the dimensions and shapes that correspond to the objects to be kept warm, and at the construction site, the heat insulation tunnels 100 are simply installed and fixed at predetermined locations. Because of this, the construction period can be significantly shortened (to 1/2 to 1/3 of the conventional construction method). In addition, since no skill is required, it is easy to secure workers. Furthermore, even unskilled workers can expect a uniform finish without causing variations in appearance.
