[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention has a duct lower plate that also serves as a ceiling plate, and by attaching the duct part to the lower surface of the roofing material in advance at the factory, it is possible to simplify on-site construction and shorten the construction period. This article relates to large-sized chevron roofing materials with ducts that can be provided at low cost.

These large chevron-shaped roofing materials are transported to the site, lifted one by one onto the structure using a large crane, and then placed and fixed between the opposing structural members at the top of the structure. ,
The adjacent large chevron-shaped roofing materials are placed in parallel with the previous one and connected together with bolts, etc. to form the roof.

Therefore, in the present invention, a chevron-shaped duct upper plate is fixed to the inside of a large-sized chevron-shaped roofing material, a duct lower plate is fixed between the inclined lower end of the duct upper plate, and the duct upper plate and duct lower plate are fixed. By forming air-conditioning-related ducts, upper and lower duct plates are installed at the factory on the underside of the large chevron roofing material, eliminating the need for on-site duct installation and speeding up air-conditioning-related construction. The duct lower plate can also serve as a ceiling plate, and can be provided at low cost, eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Therefore, if this is transported to the site and lifted onto the structure using a crane or the like, the duct portion 7 will be removed from the large chevron roofing material 1.
The duct section 7 can be used to install air conditioning-related equipment by simply connecting the joint section. In order to install the duct after roofing, as in the past, it is necessary to install scaffolding in the attic. This work is dangerous due to the high places in the attic, but this invention eliminates these problems and
It is safer, air conditioning equipment can be installed quickly, and it can also be done at a lower cost.

In addition, if the ducts are attached using various materials after the roofing has been installed, the ducts will be exposed indoors and look extremely unsightly, so conventionally a ceiling board was installed below them, but with the present invention. The duct part 7 is composed of a duct upper plate 3 and a duct lower plate 5, and both ends of the duct lower plate 5 are connected between the lower ends of the duct upper plate 3 with an inclined surface without the need for any complicated mounting fittings. It is fixed in an orderly manner, and at the same time, the duct lower plate 5
Since both ends of the duct are located approximately in the middle of both slopes of the large chevron roofing material 1, the duct lower plate 5 covers the top of the lower surface of the large chevron roofing material 1 and the upper side of both slopes. The plate 5 sufficiently serves as a ceiling plate for the large-sized chevron-shaped roofing material 1, and there is no need to provide any separate ceiling plate, making it possible to reduce the cost.
