This is a structure that insulates a building by sequentially forming pressing layers. Among such external rooftop insulation, in order to prevent water absorption and deterioration of the insulation layer, and to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the waterproof layer and insulation layer, the applicant has previously installed external rooftop insulation as shown in Figure 1. provided. This structure includes a large number of support members 3, 3 on a waterproof layer 2 on a rooftop slab 1.
The edges of the heat insulating panel 4 forming the heat insulating layer J and the presser panel 5 forming the presser layer W are placed and locked on the support members 3, 3..., and the waterproof layer 2 and the heat insulating layer J are placed and locked. An air layer A is formed in between, and the presser layer W can be partially removed easily. However, in such outdoor rooftop insulation, when wind blows from the edge into the gap between the air layer A and the insulation layer J and the holding layer W, the holding layer W and the insulation layer J are scattered due to the wind pressure. There is a risk that Another drawback was that the edges were exposed, making the exterior unsightly, especially on rooftops without parapets.

Components that are the same as those shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their explanations will be omitted. In this example, a recess having a depth corresponding to the wall thickness of the wall 11 of the support leg 10 is provided on the inner surface of the edge stopper block 7, and a part of the support leg 10 is buried in this recess. This is different from the example. By retracting a portion of the support leg 10 toward the inner surface of the block 7 in this way, the effort of cutting the heat insulation panel 4 by a dimension corresponding to the thickness of the wall portion 11 of the support leg 10 can be saved.

The reinforcing support leg 16a of this example differs from the reinforcing support leg 16 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. The ribs 15a are suspended from the tip of the middle plate part 13 to the lower plate part 14 in parallel with the wall part 11, and the lower plate part 14 is connected to the upper plate part 12 and the middle plate part 13 in order to stabilize the reinforcing support legs 16a. This is because it has been extended for a longer time than in the past. Even in the case of such a reinforcing support leg 16a, a heavy (thick) material can be used for the presser panel 5, similar to the reinforcing support leg 16 shown in FIG.

The edge stopper block 7 shown in FIG. 10 is used in the second and fourth embodiments shown in FIGS. 6 and 9. Recesses 17, 17 for receiving support legs 10, 16 are provided at both ends of the inner surface of the edge stopper block 7. The dimensions of this recess 17 are determined so that the support legs 10, 16 can be completely accommodated only when the two blocks 7 are lined up. The edge stopper block 7 shown in FIG. 11 is of the type installed on the underwater side of the rooftop, and upper surface notches 18, 18 for discharging rainwater flowing on the holding layer W are provided at both ends of the upper surface of the block 7. Furthermore, a drainage groove 19 for discharging rainwater flowing on the waterproof layer 2 is provided at the center of the bottom surface. This type of edge block 7
is from 5 to 7 of the edge stop blocks 7, 7... on the water bottom side.
You can use it at a rate of 1 in 10. The edge stopper block 7 shown in FIG. 12 is a combination of the block 7 shown in FIG. 10 and the block 7 shown in FIG. It is being

The fixing of the support member 3, which is one of the measures to prevent the heat insulating layer J from scattering, will be explained. In the above explanation, the support member 3 used at the center of the rooftop is simply placed on the waterproof layer 2, but
In order to reduce the thickness and weight of the retaining panel 5, it is necessary to indirectly fix the retaining panel 5 to the roof slab 1. For this purpose, it is conceivable to fix the support member 3 to the roof slab 1 or to the waterproof layer 2. What is shown in FIG. 13 is a first example of a method of fixing the support member 3. In FIG. In this example, the support member 3
An adhesive layer 20 is provided on the back surface of the pedestal 3a, and the adhesive layer 20 is adhesively fixed to the waterproof layer 2 on the roof slab 1. In the figure, reference numeral 3b is a support, 3C is a collar, and 3d is a cap. In the fixing example shown in FIG. 14, the pedestal 3a of the support member 3 is formed of a heat-melting synthetic resin, and the pedestal 3a is heat-sealed and fixed to the waterproof layer 2 made of rubber or plastic. The fixing example in FIG. 15 is the pedestal 3a of the support member 3.
The support member 3 is fixed to the waterproof layer 2 by melt-bonding the support member 3 and the waterproof layer 2 with a heat seal mat 21 made of a heat-melting synthetic resin. In the fixing example shown in FIG. 16, a pedestal fixing member 22 is first fixed on the waterproof layer 2 by means such as adhesion or welding, and the pedestal 3a of the support member 3 is locked and fixed to this pedestal fixing member 22. This is how it was done. In this example, temporary removal of the support member 3 is easy. 1st
In the fixing example shown in FIG. 7, the pedestal locking pieces 23 are integrally formed with the same material as the waterproof material such as a waterproof sheet constituting the waterproof layer 2, and the pedestal locking pieces 2
The pedestal 3a of the support member 3 is engaged and fixed to 3 and 23. In the example of fixing shown in FIG.
The pedestal 3a is integrally formed with the waterproof material itself that constitutes the waterproof layer 2.

上美麗に仕上げることができる。 As explained above, the edge-stopping structure for outdoor rooftop insulation of this invention consists of a heat insulating layer formed by adjoining a plurality of panel bodies, and a plurality of panels arranged above this heat insulating layer. Consisting of a holding layer formed by adjoining the bodies, and a plurality of supporting members supporting the heat insulating layer and the holding layer and forming an air layer between the heat insulating layer and the roof surface. A structure for stopping the edge of an external rooftop insulation structure,
A plurality of edging blocks each having an overhanging jaw and having a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section are arranged in succession around the periphery of the roof surface, and a wall is attached to the lower part of the overhanging jaw of these blocks at a right angle from the wall. A plurality of supporting legs each having an approximately E-shaped cross section and consisting of an extended upper plate, middle plate, and lower plate are disposed intermittently, and the edge of the retaining layer of the above-mentioned outdoor rooftop insulation structure is secured to the edge of the edge stopper block. The overhanging jaw portion is locked between the upper plate portion of the support leg, and the edge of the insulation layer of the outdoor rooftop insulation structure is similarly locked between the upper plate portion and the middle plate portion of the support leg. An air layer is formed between the upper surface and the heat insulating layer. Therefore, according to this edge stop structure, the edge stop blocks are continuously arranged around the roof surface, and the edge of the presser layer is locked between the overhanging jaw and the upper plate of the support leg. Since the edge of the heat insulating layer is locked between the upper plate and middle plate of the support leg,
It is possible to prevent wind from blowing in from the edges of the presser layer and the heat insulating layer, and because the upper edge of the panel constituting the periphery of the presser layer is locked with the overhanging jaw of the edge fixing block, there is no possibility of unexpected wind blowing. Even when wind blows into the air layer due to strong winds, etc., the overhanging jaws can press down the panels forming the peripheral area of the pressing layer, and therefore the panels forming the peripheral area of the pressing layer can be pressed down. It is possible to reliably prevent the scattering of. In addition, since the panels around the presser layer are pressed down in this way, for example, by integrating the entire presser layer, it is possible to prevent the entire presser layer from scattering due to strong wind blowing or the like. Furthermore, the edges of the roof-top exterior insulation having a structure in which the insulation layer and the pressing layer are successively provided on the waterproof layer with an air layer interposed therebetween can be finished with a beautiful appearance.
