The on-site work procedure is to determine and mark the position of the bolt for fixing the heat insulating plate on the surface of the structure, and then weld and attach the base of the bolt. Next, the bolts are passed through the heat insulating board and fixed so as to sandwich the heat insulating board, and a frame for fixing the exterior plate is processed and attached to the outer surface of the heat insulating board. Finally, the exterior plate is fixed to the frame with screws.

Furthermore, by providing an overlapping margin for each panel, the gaps between adjacent thermal and sound insulating panels on the top, bottom, left, and right are closed, providing protection against rain, etc., and it is also possible to connect multiple panels at the overlapped portion. The panels are integrated and become a sturdy surface.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing how to attach the exterior plate 1 and the forked pin 3. The exterior plate 1 is made of square corrugated colored thin iron plate. A large number of forked pins 3 are fixed to one surface of the exterior plate with adhesive. The reason why the exterior plate 1 is made of a rectangular corrugated colored thin iron plate is to maintain strength, give an appearance, and facilitate stacking.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the formwork 40, in which the upper formwork 41 and the lower formwork 42 are box-shaped by processing thin steel plates. The reason why it is box-shaped is to house the heat-insulating and sound-insulating board 2. Hanging metal fittings 4 are attached to the lower formwork 42.
6 is attached by welding. The upper formwork 41 and the lower formwork 42 are welded and connected by a formwork wall 43 made of a thin steel plate, thereby forming a frame-like formwork 40.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing how to install the exterior board 1 and the heat and sound insulation board 2. As shown in FIG. 4 above, the formwork 4
The heat-insulating and sound-insulating board 2 that falls within the range 0 is placed on the exterior board 1 shown in FIG. Then, the tip of the forked pin 3 connects to the heat and sound insulation plate 2.
penetrates and protrudes onto the surface of the heat-insulating and sound-insulating board 2. In this state, the washer 6 is inserted, and the forked portion at the tip of the fork pin 3 is bent and pushed open, whereby the exterior board 1 and the heat and sound insulation board 2 are integrated and fixed.
Although the formwork 40 and the exterior plate 1 are not directly fixed here, they may be fixed with hexagonal screws when the heat-insulating and sound-insulating panel is finally attached to the surface of the structure.
