Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roof panel, a roof construction method, and a fireproof roof structure.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
As a construction method of the roof, conventionally, an ALC base or a concrete base is installed on the building frame and it is insulated and waterproofed, or a deck plate is stretched locally on a steel frame main building and rock wool is placed on it. There is a method of performing waterproofing work by stretching a board and a waterproof sheet from above.
[0003]
However, the former requires a long time for construction because there is a wet process in the construction of the foundation, and the construction is difficult because the foundation is heavy.
[0004]
The latter has the advantage that each member is lightweight and easy to install, but on the other hand, it is necessary to attach the deck, heat insulation board and tarpaulin individually at the site, which requires time. Cost. Moreover, it is necessary to put fireproof coating on all the steel frames including the main building under the deck, which is troublesome.
[0005]
This invention makes it a subject to provide the construction method of the roof panel and roof which can perform construction easily in a short time in view of the above conventional problems. It is another object of the present invention to provide a fireproof roof structure that can reduce the fireproof coating on the steel frame.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is that a roof is characterized in that a deck plate is installed on a panel frame made of steel frame, a heat insulation board is installed thereon, a waterproof sheet is stretched thereon, and these are integrated. It solves by the construction method of the roof characterized by using this panel and this roof panel, and installing this in a building frame.
[0007]
In the above roof panel and roof construction method, this roof panel is integrally provided with a deck plate, a heat insulation board and a waterproof sheet. It can be completed and construction can be easily performed in a short time. Moreover, since each component member of the roof panel is lightweight, and the roof panel composed of these members is also lightweight, it is possible to obtain ease of construction from this surface.
[0008]
In addition, the above-mentioned problem is that a support frame and a joint bracket are provided in a mixed state on the side of the steel frame in the roof panel, and the steel frame is placed along the steel beam of the frame. The roof is characterized in that the metal fitting is joined to the steel beam of the building frame, and the steel beam of the building frame is fire-resistant coated.
[0009]
In this roof structure, the steel frame of the roof panel as well as the steel frame of the roof panel must be fire-resistant, but the fire-resistant coating on the steel frame of the roof panel can be omitted. In other words, the steel frame is joined to the steel beam of the building frame, but is not only joined by the metal fitting, but is supported by the steel beam of the frame by the support metal. Therefore, it is possible to support the panel frame of the roof panel on the steel frame beam in many places without unnecessarily increasing the number of joints with the steel frame beam in the frame. It is possible to reduce the fire-resistant coating on the steel frame by preventing the steel frame with the steel frame with the fire-resistant coating of the building frame.
[0010]
This refractory roof structure can be applied to, for example, a roof structure formed using the roof panel first described in this section.
[0011]
Basically, the side of the steel frame in the panel is provided with support metal and joint metal in a mixed state at intervals, and this steel frame runs along the steel beam of the frame. It is supported by the steel beam, and the joint hardware is joined to the steel beam of the building frame, and is solved by a fireproof building structure characterized in that the steel beam of the building frame is covered with a fireproof coating. That is, the panel may be a floor panel on the floor in addition to the roof panel as described above.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
In FIG. 2, 1 and 1 are roof panels, and 2 ... are beams of the building frame. As shown in FIG. 1, the roof panel 1 is provided with a corrugated deck plate 4 on a panel frame (steel frame) 3 made of steel , on which heat insulating boards 5 and 5 are installed, and on which water resistance is provided. The sheet 6 is stretched and these are integrated. The heat insulation board 5 is made of, for example, a rock wool board having a thickness of 30 mm, and two heat insulation boards are stacked to form a heat insulation layer. Further, the waterproof sheet 6 is provided such that the side edge portion projects outward, and by using this projecting portion, waterproof continuity between adjacent roof panels is ensured as will be described later. It is made so that construction can be easily performed.
[0014]
In the roof panel 1 described above, the panel frame 3 has a ladder shape in plan view, and the left and right frame members 3a, 3a are respectively joined to the joint metal 7 made of an angle material and the same angle material. For example, as shown in the drawing, the support hardware 8 is attached at intervals so as to be mixed together.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the roof is constructed by suspending the roof panel 1 on a crane or the like and installing it on the beam 2 of the building frame from the outdoor side. In this installation, the roof panel 1 is arranged so that the left and right frame members 3a, 3a of the panel frame 3 run along the steel frame beam 2 of the frame, and the joint metal 7 provided on the frame member 3a. Place the hardware 8 on the steel beam 2 of the frame. Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the support metal 8 is simply supported by the steel frame beam 2 of the frame, and the joint metal 7 is bonded to the steel beam 2 of the frame by the connector 9. In the present embodiment, the bonding is performed using a hook-shaped one-side bonding tool that can be bonded by accessing only one side from above. Needless to say, the joining may be performed with bolts or bolts and nuts.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), in order to ensure heat insulation and waterproofing of the adjacent roof panels 1 and 1 across the steel beam 2 of the frame, padding 10 and 10 of heat insulating material is performed. The waterproof sheets 6 and 6 of the adjacent roof panels 1 and 1 are overlapped and welded 11 on the upper surface side.
[0017]
Thus, the roof portion provided with the deck plate 4, the heat insulating boards 5, 5 and the waterproof sheet 6 is formed. Thus, according to the construction method described above, the roof panel 1 provided integrally with the deck plate 4, the heat insulating boards 5, 5, and the waterproof sheet 6 is used to install the roof by installing it on the building frame. Since it is what is performed, the construction of the deck plate 4, the heat insulating boards 5, 5, and the waterproof sheet 6 can be completed at once, and the construction can be easily performed in a short time. In addition, each component member of the roof panel 1 is lightweight. Therefore, the roof panel 1 composed of these members is also lightweight, so that the construction can be easily performed from this surface.
[0018]
Then, as before and after these, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the steel frame beam 2 of the frame may be provided with a fireproof coating 12 and the fireproof coating on the panel frame 3 of the roof panel 1 may be omitted.
[0019]
That is, the left and right frame members 3a in the roof panel 1 are installed along the steel beam 2 of the building frame, and in addition to the joint hardware 7, the support hardware 8 is provided in a mixed state at intervals. Therefore, the right and left frame members 3a are prevented from being bent by the heat at the time of the fire, and the frame steel beam 2 with the fireproof coating is prevented through the joint metal 7 and the support metal 8, and thereby, The necessity of the fireproof coating of the panel frame 3 can be eliminated. In this way, a roof provided with each performance of heat insulation waterproof fire resistance is formed.
[0020]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, in the above embodiment, in the roof panel 1 provided with the deck plate 4, the heat insulating boards 5 and 5, and the waterproof sheet 6, the panel frame 3 is provided with the joint metal 7 and the support metal 8, and the panel frame 3. However, the above-mentioned structure for omitting the fire-resistant coating of the panel frame is not limited to the roof panel 1 as described above, but various roof panels provided with the panel frame. It can be used widely.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, the roof can be easily constructed in a short time, and the fireproof coating on the steel frame can be reduced.
