Claims (1)
形状の酸素検知素子の先端部に設けられた酸素検
知部において被測定ガス中の酸素濃度を測定する
酸素センサにして、 該酸素検知素子の基端部に電気接続端子部を設
けて雄コンタクトとすると共に、該雄コンタクト
を、ハウジング内に電気接続用金具を組み込んだ
雌コネクタに嵌合せしめることにより、前記保護
管体の基端側開口部を水密的に塞ぐゴム栓を貫通
して配設されるリード線が接続された前記電気接
続用金具に、前記酸素検知素子の電気接続端子部
を電気的に接続させる一方、 前記雌コネクタの電気接続用金具を、基端側の
かしめ部、先端側のV字形乃至はU字形のバネ部
、および該かしめ部と該バネ部との間のストツパ
片を有するランス部にて構成し、該ランス部のス
トツパ片にて前記ハウジングからの抜け出しを防
止させるとともに、前記かしめ部において前記リ
ード線をかしめ接続させ、かつ前記バネ部にて前
記酸素検知素子の電気接続端子部に弾性的に接触
させるようにしたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。 (2) 前記V字形乃至はU字形のバネ部が、前記
酸素検知素子の電気接続端子部と接触する部位に
、該電気接続端子部に向かつて突出する突起部を
有するものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載の酸素センサ。 (3) 前記V字形乃至はU字形のバネ片が、少な
くとも前記酸素検知素子の電気接続端子部と接触
する部位において、幅方向に湾曲したものである
