４０はスイツチング回路、Ｑ２はオープンコレク
タを有するトランジスタ、Ｑ６は中間トランジス
タ、Ｄはダイオードである。

Claims (1)
- オープンコレクタ（又はドレイン）の出力スイ
ツチングトランジスタを有する集積回路の上記オ
ープンコレクタ（又はドレイン）より外部端子が
導出され、上記外部端子が中間トランジスタのベ
ースに接続されると共に、抵抗器を介して電源端
子に接続され、上記中間トランジスタのベース・
エミツタ接合に並列で、且つこれと逆方向にダイ
オードが接続され、上記中間トランジスタのエミ
ツタを負荷を有するスイツチング素子の制御電極
に接続するようにしたスイツチング回路。
