Claims (1)
- 端面研摩装置において、被処理材の端面をロー
ルブラシの外周部の前記端面の側に相対的に横送
りする装置で当接せしめ、前記ロールブラシの自
転軸をその端に設けられた傘歯車とハウジングに
固定された内歯傘歯車とを噛合せしめて自転可能
となすと共に、前記自転軸を回転可能に支承しか
つ前記被処理材の端面にほぼ平行な平面内で公転
運動する公転軸をハウジングに設けてなることを
特徴とする端面研摩装置。
