つ円筒状外周の回転盤被嵌部をもつ固定盤と該回
転盤被嵌部端面に密接固着する他の固定盤との中
間部の回転盤被嵌部に、その外周面部に、その外
周面部にボールアームを介してボールを取付け且
つ原姿復帰用の発条を係着内装した回転盤を被嵌
し、上記発条の他端が係着する固定盤の反対側の

狭搾部をもつ環状溝を刻設すると共にこの環状溝
中には衝撃吸収バネ付きストツパーを介在させ、

の両固定盤及びその中間の回転盤を1体として立
設支柱の適宜高さ位置に固着した構造であつて、

が固定盤の環状溝中を1周して狭搾部を通過し、
ついでストツパーを推進してもう1周することに
よるボールアームの2周により打撃の衝撃を吸収

原姿に回帰する構成としたことを特徴とする打撃
