筒状の外部金具と、この外部金具内に固着されて
収納された弾性部材と、この弾性部材の中心部に
収納されて軸線回りに回動することにより弾性部
材を変形可能な内部金具と、この内部金具の軸部
に一端部を固定し他端部が車体およびパワーユニ
ツトの他方に固定されたブラケツトに係合した支
持レバーと、を備え、前記支持レバーの他端部と
ブラケツトとは互に直線方向に相対移動可能かつ
