によつてステアリングシヤフトに固着するステア
リングホイール本体と、 上記ボスの外周に回転自在に嵌合され外周内側
に内歯車を有するとともに上部にパツドを設けた

転状態に固定され外周内側に内歯車を有する下側
筒状部材と、 上記上側筒状部材および下側筒状部材の内方に

持枠と、 この支持枠に支軸で回転自在に軸架され上記上
側筒状部材および下側筒状部材の内歯車に噛合す
る遊星歯車と、を備え、 上記支持枠は、上記遊星歯車の支軸を少なくと
も上記ボスに対して放射方向に移動可能に開口形
