有せず且つゲツタ材を含有したエージング用電極
を設けたことを特徴とするサージ吸収素子。 (2) エージング用電極が、気密容器側壁を貫通
する導出部と、該導出部と接続されて上記気密容
器側壁内面に形成された電極部とより成ることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載
のサージ吸収素子。 (3) エージング電極部が、放電間隙を取り囲む
