- 表面部にモニター用受光素子が形成された半導
体基板の上記受光素子が形成されていない部分に
レーザ素子を接続した半導体レーザ装置であつて
、上記半導体基板の受光素子形成部表面にレーザ
素子からのレーザ光を受光素子の光検知部へ導光
する複数の突起を配設してなることを特徴とする
半導体レーザ装置。
