- 半導体基板表面に傾斜面及びそれに連なる低い
平担領域が設けられ、上記傾斜面上に半導体レー
ザ素子が固着され、上記低い平担領域に受光素子
が形成されてなることを特徴とする半導体レーザ
装置。
